CPS has developed its own database software for Division 08 to ensure accurate quantity takeoffs for our client's commercial construction projects.

The Door Schedule and Hardware Schedule of Division Eight are both basically data tables. So CPS developed database software to combine these two tables of information. The result is a powerful software program that provides the crucial information needed to begin the estimating process in bidding on and obtaining a contract to build or supply Division 08 products or services for a commercial construction project.

After we have the two excel spreadsheets converted from the original PDF format, we can then open our CPS Database software and import those two excel spreadsheets. This is where all the different reports can be generated for your construction project.

The software is capable of sorting, filtering, grouping, and counting any and all of the components that make up the division 08 commercial construction project being worked on.
