The following reports are what CPS will send to you when you order a Quantity Takeoff on Division 08 for a Commercial or Industrial Construction Project. All clients will provide to CPS the required documents such as plan pages and specifications that deal with the scope of work for Division 08 within that construction bid package. CPS will incorporate within the Quantity Takeoff all amendments that are supplied to us when we begin our process of providing a Quantity Takeoff for Division 08 for said project. Any additional amendments that come forward from the owners, architect's or relevant parties that would affect the data about Division 08 must have that information forwarded to CPS by the client if they wish to have the Quantity Takeoff supplied by CPS reflect any changes that amendment might have made to the data tables which includes the Door Schedule and Hardware Schedule from Construction Drawings and the Specifications covering the Commercial or Industrial Construction Project.
